Bio/Description

Background:

Chaoran Huang received the B.S. degree in optical information science and technology from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Wuhan, China, in 2012, and the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from the Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK), Hong Kong, in 2016. She is currently a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Lightwave Communications Laboratory, Princeton University, Princeton, NJ, USA. Dr. Huang is the recipient of awards including The HKIE Outstanding Paper Award for Young Engineers/Researchers, CUHK Research Fellowship, CUHK Postgraduate Studentship and China National Scholarship. She has authored 15 refereed papers and 12 conference papers.
